Turn your experience into opportunities in Korea.
Understand how Korean employers may read your experience, identify the gaps that matter most, and decide what to improve before your next application.
Illustrative only. The diagnostic identifies priority areas — it does not assign a career score.
What should you improve first?
7 short questions · about 2 minutes · no score · answers stay in your browser.
Focus on what matters most.
Your answers point to the two areas that deserve attention first.
Two steps. Both free during the pilot.
We’re starting with a free pilot while we refine the format and learn what is most useful. Nothing is charged during the pilot.
Career diagnostic
The seven questions above. It names the two areas worth fixing first and gives you one concrete action for each.
- Your two priority areas, not a score
- One action you can do this week
- Runs in your browser — nothing is sent
Résumé and positioning review
Send the form below with your LinkedIn or portfolio link, and get a written review of how your experience is likely to read to a Korean employer — where it stalls, and what to change first.
- How your scope and level read here
- Which roles your background actually fits
- Which lines to rewrite, and in what order

Built with an HR lens.
K-Talent Bridge helps international talent bridge the gap between having valuable experience and presenting it in a way Korean employers can quickly understand.
Built from hands-on experience across hiring, talent, rewards and global HR in Korea.
Just the essentials.
Is this a recruitment service?
No. The current pilot provides career-preparation feedback only. It does not forward profiles to employers or arrange interviews.
Do you provide visa or legal advice?
No. Individual visa eligibility and sponsorship questions should be checked with official immigration sources or qualified professionals.
What happens to my diagnostic answers?
The diagnostic runs locally in your browser. Only the primary and secondary focus are attached if you choose to submit the pilot form.
Is the pilot really free, and will it stay free?
The pilot is free, and no payment details are collected. Its purpose is to test whether this help is worth charging for later, so a paid version may follow. Nothing is ever charged without being agreed with you first.
How is the review delivered?
In writing, by email. There is no call to schedule. Places are limited to roughly ten a month while the pilot runs, so a reply may take a few days.
How do I send my résumé?
Not through this site. Start with your LinkedIn or portfolio link on the form — that is enough for the first review, and it keeps your document out of a third-party form service. If a full résumé would make the feedback better, we agree how to send it by email once we reply.
What happens to the details I submit?
The form is handled by Formspree, a form service operated outside Korea. Your submission is stored there for K-Talent Bridge and also arrives by email. It is used only to review and reply to your request, is never passed to employers, and is deleted within 90 days after the interaction ends. To have it deleted sooner, email the address on the form.
